For the Christmas season, Disneyland Paris lists the Christmas Box offer for eligible stays from the start of November to the start of January each year. The published arrangements include advance booking through Disney experts, subject to the relevant deadline, and enquiries with the hotel concierge during your stay while boxes remain available.

Can You Have the Christmas Box Waiting in Your Hotel Room?

If you're travelling with children, you could ask whether the box can be delivered to your room and whether the hotel can arrange it as a surprise.
However, don't assume that every order automatically arrives before you enter your room. Delivery arrangements are upon request, so confirm the details directly with your hotel and let them know if you're hoping to surprise someone.
You can also enquire about other festive room extras and packages or special-occasion arrangements such as birthdays or an anniversary that may be available during your stay.
Can You Buy a Christmas Box When You Check In?

However, I wouldn't recommend waiting until check-in if you really want one.

Is the Disneyland Paris Christmas Box Worth It?
For us, this really depends on your budget and the type of experience you want to create.
The Christmas Box isn't necessary to enjoy Disneyland Paris at Christmas. There are already plenty of festive decorations, entertainment and magical experiences throughout the resort.
However, if you love Disney merchandise and enjoy collecting special souvenirs, or you're celebrating a milestone family trip, the box could be a lovely addition.
The possibility of having a festive surprise waiting in your room makes it feel a little more personal than simply buying souvenirs during your park visit.
That said, it is an expensive extra, so I'd always check the contents and price first. Think about whether the items are things your family will genuinely enjoy and whether you'd rather put that money towards dining, souvenirs or another Disney experience.
For a particularly special Christmas trip, I think it's certainly worth considering.
